The biggest part of the Billy Badge program is teaching kids how to be safe in the outside world at a young age. That is why we use a kid-friendly character to go travel with officers to different schools talk to kids. Billy Badge not only keeps kids interested in what they are learning, but also helps them retain important information if a problem arises.
